It was interactive storytelling in a bilingual way to create awareness among students about the practical use of morals and values to build their confidence while giving them freedom of creative expression by listening to them narrate stories.
The Department of Philosophy, visited the NSS Camp at Asangaon in Maharashtra to conduct an activity titled “Tell a Tale: Ethics Through Stories” for the children of the school. It was a captivating interactive storytelling event for children that was an immersive experience that encouraged young minds to explore the realms of ethics, empathy, and decision-making in a fun and engaging way through traditional Indian ethical stories of the Jataka tales, Panchatantra and more. Students brought in their philosophical perspectives towards the end which signified success of the field visit.

Department organized the ISR activity along with the NSS Unit of college during the NSS Camp at Gotheghar Ashram, Asangaon, on 19th December 2023. History students conducted various learning activities such as- narrating Story of great heroes from Indian History, learning History through games etc.

Nature trail is an integral part of Environmental Science course. To experience what the students are learning in their classroom such nature trails are important. For the holistic development of the students the experiential learning plays a very important role. Environmental science course includes the topics like composting, plant and animal adaptations. The visit to the Maharashtra Nature Park will help the students to have firsthand experience and also appreciate the beauty of nature.
Conducted free health check up camp at gotherghar Ashram shala, Asangaon, Total of 133 samples were tested for Blood grouping, hemoglobin, height and weight, Blood pressure by out ADMLT students
The students had a first-hand experience of what it means to be part of a tribal village school. They truly experienced the kind of situation teach for India in the villages would entail. They actually used their knowledge of Marathi and Hindi to explain concepts in English grammar. Through activities such as Scavenger Hunt they were able to get the tribal children to communicate. Students and staff gave them chocolates, pencils, erasers, sharpeners and crayons as Christmas gifts.
The Department of Environmental Science, SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Empowered Autonomous), organized an enriching and educational visit to the Gir National Park and Narara Marine Life Sanctuary located in Gujarat for FYBSc and SYBSc Students. The visit aims to provide participants with practical insights into the challenges and importance of conserving these vital ecosystems.
