Venture Synergia –One day workshop 11/02/21 Department of Philosophy, History and Economics cooperatively organized a digital workshop as part of the intra-collegiate Fest UTKARSHA 2021. This workshop was all about business/start up ideas and how to work on them. The workshop was conducted on MS. Teams. The resource person took over the workshop and gave an insight into the corporate world. He then proceeded with explaining the underlying principles. His way of giving examples and placing questions in front of the students was liked by everyone. Students enthusiastically answered his questions. The ‘Soft skills’ gave us an idea as to how creativity is the key to stand out and be unique. Moving ahead he threw light on ‘Mental blocks’ which are the barriers to be creative. His personal experiences added a special touch to the workshop. His ideologies, formulas for a successful start-up were very outstanding and knowledgeable.
