Physics Department is one of the departments, established in the year 1960.Department is equipped with three laboratories, and a research lab that is recognized as PhD Centre by Mumbai University. The department has a library with 800+ books. E-content and study material are made available to the students through MS Teams. Department faculty members shoulder key responsibilities in academics and administrative management of the institute. Some of the faculty members have guided students of other institutes participating in international competition- Astronomy Olympiad. We are fortunate to have set of students who excel in studies as well as in extra-curricular activities. Many of them preferred to join as faculty members to carry on the legacy of the college.
