    This was a cultural program to celebrate the occasion of Aashadi Ekadashi. Shree Vikas Gokhale delivered a 'Pravachan (speech typically related to God)' he extensively spoke about the ' Ahankara- An Enemy' . He spoke about a very important topic, giving simple examples. He rightly pointed out that the Ahankara was always punished if any of the religious text was consulted. A few teachers also participated enthusiastically singing various Abhangas (devotional songs). Around 60 students attended the program.

    • The English Association, under the Film Appreciation Society, screened its first movie, ‘Omkara’ directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, which is an Indian adaptation of Shakespeare’s Tragedy “Othello”, on 29th July 2019. Several other movies like ‘Fantastic Mr. Fox’, ‘Court’, ‘Emma’, ‘Dance like a Man’, ‘Jaane bhi do Yaaro’, and ‘Under the Shadow’ were also screened which were followed by extensive discussion amid the students
