This event helped the teams to get an overall up gradation of their skills. The first round was based on the writing skills, the second was based on the investment skills and the final round was based on the overall management skills. The different situational scenarios helped them in building up their team decision making which is a must to become a great entrepreneur.

MS Access or Microsoft Access is well known Database Management System (DBMS) by Microsoft. Database Management System is software that helps its users store and effectively manage databases. MS Access provides a user-friendly interface that allows one to create and manage databases using a drag-and-drop interface. This makes it easy to create tables, forms, queries, and reports without requiring extensive technical knowledge. Also, in accounting it may be used for reviewing accounts, tracking down invoices, keeping a check on the creditors of the company, reviewing final accounts at year end etc.

TYBA Psychology students organised a Psychology-based exhibition named 'Psyphilia' as a part of Utkarsh 2018-19. The exhibition included different fun-based activities to explain concepts in Psychology.
Organising a workshop to sensitive students with political and editorial cartoons and caricatures as powerful forms of artistic and intellectual expression essentially realising values of freedom, rights, democracy, resistance and dissent. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Prashant Kulkarni who has been drawing cartoons for over a span of 30 years. He is prominently a political cartoonist and comments upon various social issues and concerns through his art. He currently works as an editorial cartoonist for Loksatta.
Department of Botany organized celebration of Departmental festival - ‘Kalpavriksha’ on 15th December 2018. It was held in room no. 2, ground floor, from 9.00am to 5.00pm. The fest consisted of two events viz., Bio-art and Bio-games intercollegiate competitions. Art-Mela, the exhibition cum sale of plants and plant products, was also organized. All the exhibits were prepared by the students of Botany from FY, SY and TYBSc classes. It included the sale of Artistic handmade bookmarks, decorative envelopes, greeting cards, dry-fruit chocolates, and fruit preserves. It was organized under the broad objective of soft skill development, subject application and awareness creation among the participants and volunteers. Intercollegiate festival ‘OPRERON’ was conducted under the aegis of Utkarsha on 15th December 2018which saw a participation of around 500 students across Mumbai
The broad objective of conducting this visit was to introduce the students to the local as well as exotic flora of North India. It was also aimed to expose students to research institutes, horticultural industries, and rose garden of Chandigarh and Manali. Organized INTER COLLEGIATE ‘RESEARCH MEET’ AND ‘POSTER PRESENTATION’ together with THE SIES COLLEGE PAST STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION & ‘JIGNYASA’ THE RESEARCH HUB on 21st December 2018 which saw a participation of around 500 students across Mumbai.
