A Bridge Course on Summation of Series was conducted on 12th June 2017 by Prof Leela for the SYBSc students. 28 students benefitted from the course.
Prof Hegde conducted a workshop on R programming which included Data import ,Correlation, Regression, t-test, F test and Anova. 28 students from TYBSc attended the workshop.
Two day bridge course conducted for T.Y.B.Sc. class on 15th and 16th June 2017 in handling measuring instruments.
The department conducted a workshop cum training for the staff members of physics department titled “Stepping to venture advanced programming and interfacing ” on 20th and 22nd June 2017.
A quiz on ‘Mortality tables’ was conducted for TyBSc students, 30 students participated in the quiz.

The value for the month of June was Consistency. Popsicle frames containing a quote on consistency were made and given to professors from every department on 22nd and 23rd of June, 2017. The popsicle frames were made by Ashish (4), Ashwini (4), Angela (4), Oishi (4), Swathi (3), Kirti (3). Posters for the Value lab board were made by Kaivalya (main value poster+ 1), Ashish (1), Akanksha (1), Hariharan and his team (17), Ashwini (3), Meghna (1), Sidharth (1) and Lokeshwari (2). Students of TYBA have a compulsory course "Political Process in Maharashtra". In order to acquaint them to the history of the making of the state of Maharashtra the museum.
Five TYBA Psychology students gave orientation to the current batch of TYBA Psychology students. Past students gave tips about studying, shared information about Psychology courses after TY, process of applying to these courses.
