It began on 19th of July 2013 from our college to the district named Saswad. We went to 27 villages and distributed sarees. We were privileged to address the students of the schools and key learning was that we realized that the hard work & dedication that those villagers put in, we don’t even put 50% of it. They walk for more than 5kms to come to school. Students were multi-talented, disciplined, cultured, hard working and they had an indomitable will to succeed. In spite of we having so many resources we aren’t able to make the best use of it. This journey changed the perspective of living life & working harder because we just used to compare my life with others here. Problems in the villages are much more than those we face here. They don’t have water supply for at least four months. Struggling for each and everything in their lives, they are just an epitome of passionate people who have a burning desire to succeed
